Under Surveillance
Surveillance has become the routine of our lifes. We feel " safe ".
When we start to use a tracker to make sure that our child is " safe " how do we protect him ?
Do we help him gain autonomy and become an adult?
When this child becomes a teenager how do we respect his right to experiment ?
When this human, as a young adult, is stuck in a family obligation to stay " protected " because all family members are connected and visible at all time, how hard is it to take the right to have a life of his own.
Does this " surveillance " help us to grow, to gain maturity, to live our personal human experiences, and to take our own responsabilities for our lives?
This serie is a reflexion on how " safe " we feel when we know that each of our gestures and actions is beeing watched.
And of course, this reflexion extends to the whole society.
